Arrival Time

To ensure an exceptional dining experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before service time. Our dining experience spans approximately 80-100 minutes, allowing ample time to savour each course. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, but please note that full course may not be offered after the grace period, as we prioritize providing the highest level of service to all guests.

Cancellation / No-show

We understand that plans may change, so we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations or modifications at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee with the full cost of the course per person, as our omakase dining experience requires meticulous preparation well in advance. The ingredients are carefully selected, and our culinary team crafts each course with precision and artistry. By enforcing a cancellation fee, we aim to uphold the commitment and dedication that goes into providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you make a reservation. Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs and provide suitable alternatives. Allergy and Dietary restrictions notify the staff at the restaurant preferably a minimum of 2 days prior to the reservation. We may not be able to accommodate the course on the day without the notice in advance.

Dress Code

No Smoking

In consideration of all our guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the restaurant premises, including designated dining areas and common areas.
