“I’ll leave it up to you,” says the Japanese word “Omakase.” It signifies the ultimate act of trust between the guest and the chef. Indeed, the Omakase tradition has been around since the Edo period (1603 - 1868), when sushi chefs began offering their guests their best selection of dishes uniquely tailored to individual tastes. Today, our chefs select and prepare each course with the freshest available ingredients, while thoughtfully accommodating any dietary restrictions.
